Bowater Windows & Doors has been named as Partner of the Year for 2008 by LHC, the leading supplier of building product procurement framework agreements for the public sector. The award was presented to David Allsopp and Richard Garland by actress and comedian Meera Syal MBE, the guest speaker at the LHC Annual Awards luncheon in London on 3rd February 2009.
